  • It is a six-month journey designed to explore your connection with God and self, to uncover your purpose and calling in life.

    There will be two distinct phases. The first phase addresses your immediate needs during the transition time. The second phase explores the big-picture perspective of your life. It will be a well-rounded approach to gaining fresh insights and creating practical action steps and tangible processes to move forward.

  • During the in-between seasons, we often have more questions than answers. Clarity cannot be found alone and is best discovered together. Having been through a 5-year transition, we understand how frustrating and overwhelming it is when you feel stuck and do not know how to move forward.

    The power of coaching lies in accompanying you in every step, providing a safe space for unlocking new perspectives, finding encouragement, and giving guidance when needed.

  • A transition is an in-between period in the life development of a Christ-follower. In a transition, individuals consolidate past learning, process character issues, deepen convictions and values, and prepare for their next development phase. Transitions bring closure to the past to move forward to the next stage of personal development.

    Transition can last anywhere from 3 months to 3 years, and it is more than just going from A to B or one job to another. The transition has its 4 phases (entry, evaluation, alignment, direction), and knowing where you are plays a key role in moving forward.
